How to Yoni Steam
- Boil 2-3 cups of water and add a handful of herbs. Let them steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour the herbal infusion into a heat-safe bowl and place it under a steaming stool or in your toilet bowl.
- Wrap yourself in a blanket or long skirt to trap the steam.
- Sit & relax for 20-30 minutes, focusing on your intention.
